By Bike

It’s only a 10-minute bike ride from Antwerp City Centre. You can go through Sint-Annatunnel or take a Ferry from Steenplein. The closest A-velo station is 149 at Frederik Van Eeden.

By Ferry

You can take a Ferry from Steenplein to Linkeroever. From there it’s just a 5-minute walk to the festival. The ferry is operating all night long. You can head back to the city centre after the festival as well.

By Taxi or uber

You can take a taxi or uber to the festival and back. The adress is Boeienweide – Frederik Van Eedenplein, 2050 Antwerp

Public Transport & Mobility Measures

Shuttle buses via the Kennedy Tunnel (P5)

Shuttle buses will operate through the Kennedy Tunnel (P5), connecting Linkeroever (P+R Linkeroever, Blancefloerlaan and Frederik van Eedenplein) with the city centre via the Leien to Opera.

Reinforcement of bus lines 82, 84, 85 and 821

Additional buses will be deployed on lines 82, 84, 85 and 821. An extra stop will be added near the Sint-Anna ferry across the Scheldt.

Bus lines 87, 93 and 931 will also be extended to run all the way to the ferry terminal.

 

Extension of bus line 36 on Linkeroever

The route of line 36 will be extended on Linkeroever. Buses will stop close to the Scheldt ferry service and near the temporary train station Antwerpen-Linkeroever.

Temporary Train Station & Increased Rail Services

During the works, rail services will be reinforced. NMBS will reopen the temporary train station Antwerpen-Linkeroever (located near Katwilgweg).

There will be two trains per hour towards Dendermonde or Ghent, and towards Antwerpen-Zuid, Antwerpen-Berchem and Antwerpen-Centraal.

De Lijn and NMBS will jointly introduce an advantageous fare formula for De Lijn season ticket holders.
